Walking Infants…… (and skinny mommies)

I was just reading and saw this:  ”Walking infants practice keeping balance in upright stance and locomotion for more than 6 hours per day.   They average between 500 and 1,500 walking steps per hour so that by the end of each day they have taken 9,000 walking steps and traveled the length of 29 football fields.”

I remember when my oldest son, Kian, started walking I lost about 15 pounds in one month.
Oh my gosh get your rest while you can if you have an infant…!!!  (and eat, eat!)
