Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

Do our unmet needs influence our personalities?

This is a graph showing Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs.

I am idealist/visionary, according to kiersey’s personality tests (http://www.keirsey.com/default.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/sorter/takekts.aspx)… but I wonder how much time I would have for dreaming about changing the world if I had no food and water.

Gives me a whole new perspective on, (and respect for) people in third world nations.

This can help us understand and identify the unmet needs in the people we are struggling to connect with, so we can create bridges and build communication!
